RV sites start at $400/month. $450 all-bills-paid sites are $400 rent plus a flat $50 electric charge, with water, sewer and trash included. $400 sub-metered sites include water, sewer and trash, plus the electricity you use. Monthly stays are discounted vs. the nightly rate. Nightly stays are $45/night.
What does "all bills paid" mean at your RV park?
On our all-bills-paid sites (sites 1, 2, 3, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15), $400 rent includes water, sewer and trash, and a flat $50 a month covers electric, so you pay $450/month with water, sewer, trash and electric covered and no separate utility bills. Every site has full hookups.
How much do you charge for electricity on a monthly site?
It depends on the site. All-bills-paid sites include electric for a flat $50/month. On sub-metered sites (sites 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10), the $400 rent includes water, sewer and trash, and you pay for the electricity your RV actually uses based on the site meter. What size RV fits, and do you have pull-through sites?
Our sites fit rigs up to about 45 feet. All 15 sites are back-in only; we don't have pull-throughs.
Do you have WiFi?
No, there's no WiFi at the park. We suggest bringing your own cellular hotspot or mobile internet, and checking your carrier's coverage for Grove, OK before you arrive.
Are pets allowed, and can I store a boat or extra vehicle?
